Corporate Vocabulary for AI Agents

A corporate vocabulary is a governed glossary of terms with definitions, synonyms, and exclusions. AI agents, analysts, and stewards look up what the company means—not what a model guesses.

Why this is needed

  • Customer, Client, Account, and Business Partner often mean different things across systems.
  • Without an approved definition, AI mixes prospects with contracted customers.
  • RAG and copilots need stable synonyms and exclusions.
