Exception Catalog

Exceptions are legitimate deviations from policy. Cataloging them lets anomaly detection and AI distinguish errors from approved special cases.

Why this is needed

  • Strategic customers often have non-standard terms that look like DQ bugs.
  • Without expiry, temporary exceptions become permanent shadow policy.
  • Anomaly features work best when known exceptions are explicit.
